resourceSmith was established in 2010 with a definitive mission of building smooth and long-lasting relationships with its valuable clients and to ensure their success. Today our team consists of 140 expert researchers and administrators who are trained keeping the same mission in mind. Altogether, the senior team brings over a decade of experience of recruitment back-office support to the business. So far, resourceSmith has been able to build a team of young, hardworking and bright minds who not only bring zeal and energy to the work environment but have time and again proven how they can make a profitable change to a recruitment agency's back-end recruitment function. Their fresh ideas and innovative techniques have been instrumental in providing our client base with the ease that they desire when they sign up with us.

resourceSmith OVER THE YEARS
On the occasion of our 10th Anniversary, we took a trip down the memory lane to take a look at our very humble beginning and to see how far we’ve come.
resourceSmith was established with just one staff member.
We won our first major contract and setup a team of 4 researchers.
Moved offices to accommodate our growing number of researchers.
We became a bigger team with 15 staff members.
Established an administrative team to focus solely on CV formatting and CRM work.
Moved offices yet again to accommodate our ever-growing team.
We doubled our team from 15 staff members in 2013 to 30 staff members in 3 years.
We developed an effective leadership and hierarchy structure.
GDPR ready.
We grew to become 40 staff members.
We successfully transitioned to WFH and then returned to office with additional space acquired for social distancing and to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for our employees. There have been NO COVID cases reported in the office so far.
